ALSO all shows except nottingham will be with excellent friends ME REX.
they just released a staggeringly good record called “stegosaurus” in december (http://merex.bandcamp.com) and we’re so excited to have them with us!
ALSO so yeah we’ve been sold out of shirts for a few months (sorry!) so we’ll be printing more before this all goes down, if yr that way inclined. still have plenty of tapes tho if you wanna buy nudge nudge. as ever we’ll be keeping it as cheap as is humanly possible #punkprice
ALSO i hope it goes without saying, but still, saying stuff is important - the world is getting more and more fucked by the hour. we want our shows to be a safe space for everyone to have fun and be accepted and feel good and free from being harassed and we WILL kick off on yr behalf if any bad shit goes down. i know we are just a lil baby nobody band but if there’s anything that doing this thing has taught me it’s that community and solidarity and mutual respect and empathy and uplifting each other and listening to the experiences of others is the key, the only, ONLY way any of us can deal with how FUCKED everything is. we’re here for you, no matter who you are, and we hope that you might be able to get something good out of what we do. we are actually kind of a shy bunch but we love nothing more than meeting and talking to folks at shows and stuff, being a part of local independent & DIY scenes is just so immensely important and rewarding and we HAVE to keep these moments alive and above all INCLUSIVE in the face of a soul-crushing neoliberal racist cishet patriarchal ableist society. deep breath. goddamn.
what i’m trying to say is, I LOVE YOU. see you out there.
